About This Service
Shraddh Purnima Dattatreya Special Puja is a devotional ritual combining prayers to Lord Dattatreya with the traditional observances associated with Shraddh and remembrance of ancestors. Lord Dattatreya is revered in Hindu tradition as a divine form associated with Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh.
During the Shraddh period, many devotees offer prayers for their ancestors and seek blessings for peace and family well-being. The specific rituals performed on Purnima depend on the Hindu lunar calendar, regional traditions, and the guidance of the performing pandit.
