Please read the following while placing the order. If you place order with us, it means that you accept these terms.
The product specifications (weight, size, colour, packaging, decoration, messaging and arrangement etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products. No claim about the identical product delivered would be accepted
Pujan Org reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.
All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time.
There may be slightly delay on the time for delivery of orders Due to heavy seasonal rush
Purchase of a product on the website is subject to availability of stock.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or information received from Pujan Org suppliers, Pujan Org shall have the right, post the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If you have already been charged for the order and Pujan Org cancels your order, we will refund the amount.
The message on the complimentary message card, which is provided by Pujan Org, can either be printed or hand written, depending on where the delivery is scheduled for.
Orders andAcceptance of Orders
At the point when you make an order, you are making a proposal to buy, and such deal is dependent upon acknowledgment by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/posh notification) of an order confirmation from us doesn’t imply our acknowledgment of your request, nor does it comprise affirmation of our proposal to sell. We hold the right whenever, subsequent to accepting your request, to acknowledge or decay or cancel your order (in entire or in a part) for any reason whatsoever. We might require extra confirmations or data prior to tolerating any order. In case of a buy, you will be needed to provide recipient s name and shipping address. You concur that, if Pujan Org drops all or a piece of your order, your sole and restrictive cure is either that
(1) Pujan Org will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or
(2) Pujan Org will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.
SubstitutionPolicy
Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape. Occasionally, substitution of flavours/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
In such a cases, our experienced team will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give an option of an alternate product. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will proceed with sending you the alternate product since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.
Delivery
By placing an order at our website, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions
Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by Pujan Org before 6:00 pm.
For same-day fixed time delivery, orders must be received by Pujan Org before 6:30 pm.
For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by Pujan Org before 7:00 pm.
Delivery may take longer due to:
1) Bad weather
2) Political disruptions
3) Other unforeseen circumstances
Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least seven days in advance.
Deliveries via courier services cannot be delivered at specific times. All orders will be delivered during the working day between 9am and 7pm.
In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact number or e-mail address so that we can inform you if any delivery problems are encountered.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.
If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned below
If, for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We, however, will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting the delivery.

Note:Complaints need to be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints.
Returns andRefund Policy
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure. Our team will evaluate whether an order qualifies for a refund and decision of the management will be final. Under no circumstances will the refund amount can exceed the amount paid by customer. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
In genuine cases the company will refund payment for the damaged and/or defective product, only. For the wrong product delivered, company will either replace the product with the right one otherwise refund the amount for the wrong product delivered.
Online refund will process by Pujan Org on confirmation over mail or phone call to the customer or recipient. Once processed by Pujan Org, refund takes 7 to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
