Anant Kaal Sarp Dosh Nivaran Puja

Anant Kaal Sarp Dosh Nivaran Puja is a traditional Hindu religious ritual associated with Anant Kaal Sarp Yog, one of the combinations described in certain Vedic astrology traditions. This combination is traditionally connected with the placement of planets in relation to the lunar nodes, Rahu and Ketu.

The puja is performed as a traditional form of Rahu-Ketu Shanti and Dosh Nivaran, with prayers offered to the associated planetary deities and Nag Devata. Depending on the traditional method followed by the Pandit, the ceremony may include mantra jaap, Tarpan, Havan and other devotional rituals.

Anant Kaal Sarp Yog in Traditional Astrology

In Vedic astrology traditions that recognise Kaal Sarp Yog, different forms are identified according to the position of Rahu and Ketu and the relationship of the other planets with the lunar nodes.

Anant Kaal Sarp Yog is traditionally associated with the Rahu-Ketu axis. Different astrological schools may use different interpretations and terminology for Kaal Sarp Yog, so the exact assessment is generally based on an individual's birth chart.
